RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS POLICY
- The product must be in original condition where the security seal is not broken. Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchange or refund.
- Items on limited time promotions or purchased with a discount voucher code are not eligible for return.
- Products must be returned for exchange or return within 7 days from the date the item is received.
- Item can be return and exchange in case of defects.
- Return and exchange can be done limited to one time for each order.
- In case of refund, the refund will be in a form of next purchase credit amount. It cannot be refund in cash or bank transfer.

- For the delivery cost, in case where customer order a wrong size or item, customer will be responsible for the cost. In case of wrong delivery order, defect items and any other reason that cause by our delivery process, we will be responsible for the delivery cost.
CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER (NON-FAULTY PRODUCT)
If you wish to cancel your Order, please contact our Team by email at email@example.com or LINE: @mimaa. Once an Order has been dispatched it may not be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to the company according to guidelines provided.
